1 The map

• Tap any aircraft for its route, altitude, speed, model, and a photo.
• Icon color = altitude (cyan → green → amber → violet → red, low to high).
• Amber dashed line = flown path · violet dashed = full route · short cyan dash = 5-min projection · pulsing red ring = emergency squawk.
• Traffic → ⚙ Sort & Filters narrows by operator, type, altitude, distance, or 🛩️ private jets only.

2 Toolbar

• Live / Overhead — full list, or your 5 closest aircraft right now.
• Find — search a place, track a flight by number or airline, browse tagged aircraft, or connect with friends.
• GPS — fly back to your current location.
• Spotter — AR mode, point your camera at the sky.
• Weather — full briefing + optional radar overlay; real rain forecast in the Netherlands.
• Comms — one-tap ATC audio, no hardware needed.
• Setup — location, radar range, data source.
• Pause / Playback — freeze the radar, or scrub back through recent traffic.

3 Top bar

• ⛶ or the logo itself — hide/restore every open panel.
• 🔎 Search · 🛫 Add/track · ⓘ Info (board, news, weather, account) · 💎 Premium · ⚙ Settings.
• STATS — traffic dashboard, API usage, and the data/legal disclosure. Tap the data-source row to jump to Setup.
• Travel Machine — your whole trip, one screen (see §5). ESC — close everything.

4 Track a flight, get notified

• Find → ✈️ Aircraft: enter a hex code, registration, or airline name — tap Track.
• Works anywhere in the world, not just your own radar range.
• Flashes a notice on departed / landed / out-of-range. Sign in (ⓘ Info → Account) and the same alerts arrive by email.
• Add From/To airports to find a specific route — live snapshot, plus Schiphol's real schedule for AMS-connected routes.

5 Travel Machine — your trip, one screen

• Set a destination or track/scan a flight — no detour through other panels needed.
• Real timeline: origin → flight status → ground transit → destination, each with live data or an honest "not yet known."
• Premium adds real Google-routed drive times, traffic, and an exact leave-by time; free tier gets an honest straight-line estimate.
• Compare your options shows Fly vs. Drive side by side once both a flight and destination are set.
• Optional legs (hotel, ride, transfer, eSIM, activities) are each a checkbox — auto-recommended, fully yours to adjust.
• 📱 Share or scan a QR code to send this exact itinerary to your phone.

6 Book — flights & hotels

Real Travelpayouts-hosted search, styled to match Peekaboo. Prefills your route when known. Plus plain affiliate links: Expedia, Uber, GetTransfer, Airalo, Klook, and a dedicated Charter panel for real private-jet pricing via Villiers Jets. Free for everyone, no sign-in.

7 ATC audio & your own hardware

• Tap an aircraft's headphones icon — instant audio near Schiphol, a LiveATC link everywhere else.
• Own an RTL-SDR dongle? Comms → Advanced gives you a real tuner. It can also feed the app's own live position data — Setup → Data source.

8 Premium

The free feed already has position, altitude, speed, route. Premium ($4.99/mo, via Paddle) adds real gate, terminal, baggage, and delay/cancellation data, plus better trip-planning routing. Tap the 💎 icon or any locked row to unlock.

9 Account (optional)

ⓘ Info → Account. Sign in with just your email — no password. Syncs saved locations across devices, connects with friends, and builds honest usage insights over time. Everything works fully without it.

10 Settings & panels

• ⚙ gear icon: map basemap (auto day/night, or pick Night/Day yourself — the interface itself always stays dark), units, panel visibility, alerts.
• Every panel drags, resizes from any corner, and double-click-collapses to its title bar — your layout is remembered.
